The value of his property is estimated at as much as 688 million dollars. This dog, which is taken care of by the entire team of guardians and owns a private plane and a cook, who prepares special meals for him, is selling a villa in Miami, built in the Tuscan style, for 31.75 million dollars.
The former owner of this villa with eight rooms and a swimming pool was Madonna. It was bought two decades ago for “only” 7.5 million dollars.
Gunter Šesti is playing his favorite tennis ball in the morning these days, rolling on the grass and likes to take a nap before the meeting with real estate agents, reports the AP agency. He wears a diamond necklace around his neck, while his old one is made of gold at home, in Tuscany.
Gunter inherited the property from his grandfather Gunter IV, who was also a German shepherd. The living room of the luxurious villa is dominated by a portrait of its former owner Gunter IV. The ancestral line of this purebred German Shepherd lasts for several decades until Gander III, who inherited wealth from his owner, German Countess Carlotta Liebenstein, who passed away in 1992.
Since then, a group of guardians has been in charge of maintaining a jet-set lifestyle for this German Shepherd and his heirs. So Gunter often travels to Milan and the Bahamas, where he recently had dinner at a luxury restaurant. His guardians want to make sure Gunter has a fulfilled social life.
Every morning, the private chef prepares a breakfast made of the best piece of meat, fresh vegetables and rice. Sometimes he enjoys caviar, and granules are never on the menu. He travels by private plane, goes to dressage classes with a coach every day and sleeps in a luxurious round bed with a red velvet blanket. Not far from this villa, Hollywood old Sylvester Stallone used to live.
He is not aggressive
Carla Riciteli, 52, is one of the main guardians of Gunter VI and is at the head of the board of managers that manages a fund worth hundreds of millions of dollars. The fund owns several sports teams, a men’s soccer and a women’s swimming team.
– He is not aggressive at all. Many confuse this breed with wolves, but Gunter gets along well with all animals. She behaves protectively and loves when she is close to her family, Riciteli said.
Carl left millions to his pets – Cat in a jet set
Leaving wealth to pets is not uncommon. One of the most famous cases happened in February 2019, when the German designer Karl Lagerfeld, who was the creative director of “Chanel”, passed away. He left a part of the fortune estimated at 270 million dollars to his pet – the cat Shupet (Burmese cat). He got her for Christmas 2011. In 2013, the designer even stated that he was sorry that he could not marry Šupet. This cat has almost 50,000 followers on social networks.
