– I encourage them to find a permanent solution for the sake of their citizens – stated Lajcak.
The delegations of Pristina and Belgrade, with the mediation of the European Union, reached an agreement on September 30 on license plates and unblocking of roads to administrative crossings in the north, the so-called Kosovo.
Within that agreement, stickers were introduced as a temporary measure to resolve the issue of license plates until permanent measures are agreed upon by a working group composed of representatives of the EU, Belgrade and Pristina.
She needs to find a permanent solution and submit a proposal within six months.
The first meeting of this Working Group was held on October 21.
