AFTER the scandal that occurred with the discovery of groups on the “Telegram” application, where inappropriate photos of minors were shared, a new case of illegal sharing of photos of minors shook the Belgrade neighborhood of Vrčin.

It all started when one of the eighth grade students of this school took advantage of the trust and the fact that she and two other friends had a joint account on a popular photo sharing application, so without prior knowledge one of the friends sent her photos from the summer to other children from school. .
It has been a couple of months since the spread of photos of the girl in a bathing suit to the moment when the injured girl revealed to her parents that someone was sharing her photos. The father of the injured girl revealed which photos were in question and when they were taken.
– We talked to our daughter, and we believe that she did not send the photos. These are photos where we are all on vacation as a family and my daughter in a bathing suit, it was those pictures that saw the “light of day”. We could not even guess how it happened, and the worst of all is that our child was silent for months and suffered that someone belittled her and shared such content without her permission – he started the conversation.
She sent photos from her room, the girl had no doubts
As he explained, his daughter fought all the time on her own, trusted her friends, and she had no idea what was behind it. What hurts the most in the whole story is the fact that the girls came to their house, almost every day. When they received the message that she allegedly posted those photos herself, they decided to investigate the matter.
– It turned out that the girls opened that profile, and that one of them knew my daughter’s code and so she took her photos and sent them to everyone at school. All the time, they came to our house and hung out as if nothing was happening, and then we found out who the organizer of all that was. They didn’t know anything at school, they told us. When we called the psychologist, they immediately started and gathered the girls – says the father.
The worst thing in the whole story is that the organizer of this inappropriate act allegedly sent pictures of their daughter from the girl’s room. She waited a moment for the girl to walk away, and then she sent her pictures to other children from school.
– We also came across photos where one of the three friends is sitting with my daughter, and is corresponding with other girls where they agree on how to get more photos. She was sitting in my daughter’s room and then she received a message to send another picture, and she said she couldn’t because she was waiting for my daughter to leave the room, after the moment came to be left alone, she even took a picture and my daughter’s diary and shared with friends. We also know the parents of those children in the family, we hang out with them, but we don’t blame them, we just can’t believe what is happening and who the child can trust today – the father of the minor reveals.
The child suffered great pressure from the environment
The next thing the parents of the minor undertook was to go first to school, and then to the police.
– After we had a conversation at school, my wife and I went to the police with my daughter, because the whole story took on another dimension and everything went too far. We gave our testimonies and the complete evidence we have, and they told us that they would do it to get to the main culprit and remove the photos. You know how, my child suffered a lot of pressure from the environment, Vrčin is a small community and instead of children supporting, defending and making friends, they put each other’s feet and deal with such vile things – said the girl’s father.
At the end of the conversation, he stated that he wanted nothing more than to protect his child, as well as to determine who was the real culprit.
– This way, I do not want to belittle someone’s child, I will not even reveal her name, I just want to say that parents must talk to their children and teach them what is right and what is not! I decided to protect my child and that is why I turned to the police, of course I will not stop until justice is served, and now it is up to the law enforcement authorities to investigate who is guilty and who will ultimately bear the consequences – he concluded.
