YOUR sanitary certificate is activated! As of Friday, based on the entered Serbian cu-ar code from the e-government website, it is written on the official French application “Everyone against kovid”, which manages personal data related to passes during the pandemic in this country via mobile phones. The flags of Serbia and the EU are next to the valid code.
This practically means that all owners of the EU digital green certificate issued in Serbia can function unhindered in EU countries, cross borders, but also enter restaurants, cinemas, museums, theaters.
The correspondent of “Novosti”, together with one of our citizens who arrived on a tourist visit, successfully checked the validity of this document in one of the restaurants in Paris, by ordering coffee. Without this certificate, it is not possible to go to a match, enter the hospital or travel by train to further destinations in the City of Light. They do not even receive guests in the gardens of the restaurant, which are still open at this time of year, with external heaters.
– The new certificates help us a lot, because so far we have had to constantly explain and show domestic certificates, hoping that they will let us into the museums we visited. Fortunately, we did not have any major problems, but now, of course, everything will be much easier – says Dragan from Belgrade, who is staying in Paris these days with his wife and two children to visit relatives.
This is a concrete result of the latest decision of the European Commission to include Serbia on the list of countries whose certificates it recognizes on its territory.
The Serbian family, which came to Paris a few days before the new decision came into force, quickly finished everything later, during their stay, on the Internet, on the e-government website. Certificates were issued via computer in Paris in just a few minutes. They don’t even need to be printed, but everything ends electronically, from data entry, to loading the code, through the screen, into mobile phones.
It also makes travel easier. At the airports, passengers have so far shown certificates of vaccination, while now they can be loaded, which will speed up the procedure. However, depending on the country, there is a possibility that the confirmations will continue to be reviewed manually, because some countries do not recognize the Chinese and Russian vaccines.
– Before arriving, passengers should inquire about this in detail at the representative offices of the countries they come to – European Commission spokeswoman Katarzina Kolanko advised in a statement for “Novosti”.
The correspondent of “Novosti” was in contact with our citizens in the previous days, who passed the customs control at the “Charles de Gaulle” airport in Paris with two Chinese vaccines and the third dose of “Pfizer” without any problems. Now it should all be even simpler.
The loaded cu-ar code, in this combination, shows the label “phaser 3/3”. Whoever received the first dose, for example, “Astra Zeneke”, and the second “Pfizer”, is entitled to “Pfizer 2/2”. In principle, only the manufacturer of the last dose is stated, with the number of vaccines received.
Until now, our citizens in France have had the opportunity to convert domestic certificates into French ones.
TESTS CAN BE SOMEWHERE
EXCEPT for vaccines, tests are also valid for valid cu-ar in France. PCR should not be older than 78 hours, and antigenic than 48. Also, a confirmation of the past disease can be attached, in the interval from 11 days to 6 months. Some countries, however, no longer recognize tests as a pass.
