Representatives of the opposition and self-proclaimed “environmental” activists, including Mila Popović, welcomed that with a knife.
Thirteen years ago, the then mayor of Belgrade, Dragan Djilas, promised the citizens the beginning of the construction of the subway.
He promised, then, the beginning of construction in 2009, 2010 and 2012, but nothing was done on that issue.
