“We know that Mr. Petkovic’s visit was adequately announced and in accordance with the agreement on official visits. We call on Kosovo to consider its decision and allow this visit,” Stano told Tanjug.
Asked by Tanjug whether the EU will react after the refusal of the authorities in Pristina to allow officials from Belgrade to enter Kosovo and Metohija, they emphasize in Brussels that the EU foreign ministers, from the meeting of the EU Council, clearly said that they expect all previously achieved agreements in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, and to continue the talks in a constructive way.
“This invitation from the 27 member states also includes an agreement on official visits, which is an important part of the normalization of relations and contributes to the progress in the dialogue,” Stano concluded.
