On the DAY when the EU special representative for dialogue on the Kosovo issue, Miroslav Lajcak, talked with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic in Belgrade about how to make progress in this process, another in a series of provocations arrived from Pristina, which have been disrupting the Brussels negotiations for months.

Thus, the authorities of the temporary Pristina institutions on Tuesday, for the fourth time since the beginning of this year, banned the director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Petar Petković, from visiting the province.
And this will, without a doubt, be the topic of today’s address by the President of Serbia, who will not only talk about tensions in Kosovo and Metohija, but also visit the Russian Federation, where he is scheduled to meet with Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin.
By the way, Petković was supposed to attend the founder’s celebration of the Visoki Decani monastery today, as well as to visit several socially endangered and returnee Serbian families in Kosovo and Metohija during the two-day visit and hand them help. The Office said that no ban would prevent official Belgrade from continuing to help our people and invest in Serbian communities, and that “the prime minister of the false state, Albin Kurti, will never be able to prevent that.”
Lajcak has already been informed about the latest ban, and all international factors will be informed about Pristina’s latest moves. Because, with each new day and move he makes, Kurti distances us from dialogue and the process of normalization of relations, and with such prohibitions he directly violates all agreements on freedom of movement and official visits, in addition to all other agreements that he does not respect.
– The question is whether international factors are even ready to restrain Kurti in his destructive campaign against all the achievements of the Brussels Agreement and other agreements reached in Brussels during the dialogue process? The question is also how Kurti was allowed to make a “Greater Albania” and not allowed the official representatives of Belgrade to visit their people and their shrines in Kosovo and Metohija? How do such bans contribute to the normalization of relations, especially having in mind that the visit was announced in accordance with the agreement on official visits and on time – the Office for Kosovo and Metohija said.
Before visiting Belgrade, Lajcak met with Kurti in Vienna, with whom, as he stated on “Twitter”, he discussed the current situation and the progress of the dialogue. However, judging by Pristina’s decisions, this meeting did not bear fruit, just as last week’s messages from EU foreign ministers were not sent from the meeting in Brussels. They called on both Belgrade and Pristina to “constructively engage” and achieve “positive results” while insisting on “implementing the still unfulfilled obligations from the dialogue”.
Since the beginning of the year, the authorities in Pristina have lowered the ramp almost 20 times at the administrative crossings for our officials, but also athletes, journalists, humanitarians … Labor Minister Darija Kisic Tepavcevic was not allowed to enter Kosovo and Metohija, although she went there as a professor. The ban was also passed for crossing the administrative line of the Minister of Sports Vanja Udovicic, then Veljko Odalovic, the president of the Commission for Missing Persons and the assistant director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Igor Popovic. The entry of the team of the Arilje Handball Club, the football players of Šumadija Topaonica, buses that carried packages to children from Kosovo and Metohija is also prohibited …
OTELI MANDAT
PRISTINA reshaped the electoral will of the citizens on Tuesday, so the Central Election Commission in Pristina replaced the councilor of the Serbian List, Ivan Todosijevic, in the Municipal Assembly of Zvecan, due to the final sentence of two years in prison, because he said that the crime in Racak was falsified. Marko Stefanović takes his place.
