If you are planning to travel to Hungary you do not need any confirmation to enter that country.
To enter Austria, you need to show proof of complete vaccination in German or English, with one of the following vaccines: “Bayontek / Pfizer”, “Modern”, “Astra Zeneca”, “Johnson and Johnson”, “Sinofarm”. “nephew”. Evidence of vaccination is valid if a second dose of vaccine has been received and no more than 360 days have elapsed since receiving the first dose.

Greece is one of the few EU countries that recognizes “Sputnik V”, along with “Sinofarm”. Vaccinated passengers who test positive in the rapid test are subject to quarantine for seven days.
Slovenians recognize all vaccines that are approved in our country. It is necessary to enclose a green card proving that at least seven days have passed since receiving the second dose of the “Bayontek / Pfizer” vaccine, at least seven days have passed since “modern”, “Sputnik V”, “Johnson and Johnson”, “son of Bayontek” and “Sinofarm” 14 days, and from “astra zeneke” at least 21 days.
Croatia is the third country out of 27 EU member states that accepts all vaccines that are approved in our country. A certificate of vaccination that is not older than 365 days is required, and that 14 days have passed since the last dose.
The Netherlands recognizes the “phaser / bayonet”, “modern”, “astra zeneca”, “johnson and johnson”, “sinofarm” and “sinovak” vaccines. Persons who have been fully vaccinated will not be quarantined. However, they are obliged to fill in a quarantine statement, in which they will state that they are exempted from the quarantine obligation because they have been vaccinated.

If you want to travel to Cyprus you need to have a vaccination certificate and you can be randomly tested at the Cypriot airport (at your own expense). Cyprus recognizes the vaccines “phaser / bayonet”, “astra zeneka”, “johnson and johnson”, “modern”, “satellite V”, “sinofarm” and “sinovak”.
Entry into Estonia is allowed if there is proof of complete vaccination. All vaccines received in Serbia are accepted. Vaccination certificates must not be older than one year.
Finland allows Serbian citizens to enter the country if they have proof of complete vaccination (the second dose must be received at least 14 days before the trip), and the recognized vaccines are: “phaser / bayonet”, “modern”, “astra zeneka”, “jansen”. “sinofarm”, “koronavak”.
Vaccinated citizens, with an electronic confirmation, can enter Denmark in Denmark. It is not necessary to do a test, nor is self-isolation required.
Those who fulfill the condition that they have been vaccinated, and that 10 days have passed since the complete vaccination, can go to Romania.
