TOMASH Suniog, head of the European Union Office in Kosovo and Metohija, pointed out that the so-called Kosovo has an obligation to implement the agreement for the Serb-majority Union of Municipalities and to be able to refer the draft to the Constitutional Court to adapt to its terms.

Namely, as the Albanian media reported in Pristina, Suniog emphasized that the EU insists on its implementation, because, as he said, it is an international agreement signed by the representatives of the so-called Kosovo in the context of dialogue and that international agreements must be respected.
-The second reason is that some of these agreements have been ratified by the Kosovo Parliament, the parliamentary majority and the Kosovo system of government. What we are now insisting on on this topic are the rumors that these agreements are not relevant and that they will not be fulfilled – Suniog said for the Pristina media in the Albanian language.
According to him, the implementation of this agreement is internationally legally binding.
