It is a 54-page manuscript, written between June 1913 and early 1914.
As “Live Science” reported, 26 pages were personally written by Einstein, 24 pages were written by his associate, the Swiss-Italian engineer Michel Besso, while three pages were written together.
Many pages have notes in the margins, including one of Einstein’s formulas and the word “stimt”, which means that the formula is correct.
Customer identity not disclosed. The auction house “Kristis” stated that the auction attracted a lot of attention, and the first estimates were that the manuscript would be sold for between two and three million euros.
