Today, the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, sent a personal message to the ruler of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in which he congratulated him on his election as the new president of the United Arab Emirates.

– Excellency, dear friend, I would like to send you my warmest congratulations on the election for this most responsible of all duties, convinced that with your wisdom and experience you will continue to lead your people on the path of peace and all good and progress. Even in times of greatest sorrow and challenge, life teaches us that we must continue on the honorable path of glorious predecessors and ancestors. Numerous obligations and temptations always await us on that path, making the ascent much more difficult, but also every victory and success – much bigger and brighter – it is stated in the message.
Vučić said that “knowing his determination, calmness in making responsible decisions and top knowledge based on experience in difficult times, he is sure that he will lead his people to an even better and more promising future,” the President’s Media Cooperation Service said.
– I use this opportunity to assure you once again that you will continue to have Serbia on that path as a reliable partner and, above all, as a friend who does not back down even when many give up or turn their backs.
