THE CONTOURS of the new government are slowly emerging, not all solutions and not completely, but there will be changes and changes to the law on ministries, said Prime Minister Ana Brnabić, guest in RTS’s Dnevnik.
Prime Minister Ana Brnabić said that the formation of the cabinet starts in October, but also that the current cabinet and the current government work in the best interest of the citizens.
“When you look at how September was, it’s clear that going into October, everything we had with trips, the president in New York, maintaining peace and security due to provocations, and conversations in August and September with Lajcak and Escobar, constant meetings to preserve peace and stability, because today everyone trusts in Serbia for that peace, to be a factor of stability,” said Brnabić.
According to her, the contours of the government are slowly emerging, not all solutions and not completely, but there will be changes and changes to the law on ministries.
“I hope that it will be the first half of October, but you never know what will come your way,” said Brnabić.
She says that there will be heating and denied certain media that there is not enough fuel oil.
“Now that everything that happened in September has passed, they are now coming up with other fake news, as if electricity will become more expensive for the economy to 120 euros per megawatt, that is a lie, now the electricity is 95, we are subsidizing it, but it will remain so” , said Brnabić.
She reminded that in previous years, Serbia was being gasified and that we have fewer fuel oil heating plants than during the time of the former government.
“Where there is still fuel oil, we ordered it and it is in stock, we ordered an additional 30,000 tons to be safe,” said Brnabić.
President Vučić reminded of the truth in New York
Ana Brnabić said that in his speech at the UN General Assembly, President Vučić recalled the basic principles of international law, the UN Charter, which should guarantee peace in the world and the inviolability of territorial integrity…
“We heard the truth of Belgrade, the truth is one, there is no truth of East and West, but one, and President Vučić did a brilliant job reminding us of that truth,” said Brnabić.
After Vučić’s speech, Brnabićeva says, it is clear why the West insists so much and puts so much pressure on reaching a final agreement on the normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina.
“Everything that President Vučić said last night, everything he clearly pointed out, is the pebble in their shoe, which is that all the stories about the territorial integrity of Ukraine, which we in Serbia also agree with, all fall into the water when you mention Serbia and when President Vučić says – well, what is the difference between the territorial integrity of Ukraine and Serbia,” Prime Minister Brnabić said.
A pebble in the shoe
This is the pebble in the shoe that they would like to throw out, by solving the issue and we will no longer be able to refer to the UN charter and remind them of their hypocrisy, said the Prime Minister.
“Those who did not respect the territorial integrity of Serbia heard President Vučić’s words well, and they will not change anything, but they will not forgive him because he told the truth,” Brnabić said.
“The pressures have really never been greater, the pressures on Vučić and Serbia, and again, now it is clear to you and I mean to all citizens, why they were not greater, because they no longer want to have a topic and an example of their own hypocrisy,” said the Prime Minister.
